Overview

The four-day Scientific Program includes 45 speakers from 12 countries, including plenary lectures from internationally renowned leaders in the field. Registration includes a welcome reception, coffee/tea breaks, lunch, poster viewing/prizes, and a gala dinner. An accompanying special issue in Neuropeptides will include reviews, original articles, and abstracts from the meeting.

Meeting Topics

Themes will cover the biology, receptor signaling and structure, technological advances, and therapeutics of the NPY family.  We will discuss advances that place the NPY receptors as promising targets for the development of new therapeutics for obesity and metabolic diseases, psychiatric and neurologic disorders, chronic pain, gastrointestinal disorders, cancer, and other disease states.
